You will receive a $100 Amazon gift card delivered directly to you via email once the case study is complete.
How It Works
› Our team will communicate with you to schedule time for the interview with our Marketing team (approximately 30 minutes).
› After the call is completed, you will receive your incentive.
› Once the case study is written, we will provide you with a copy for review. That’s it!
› By agreeing to participate in a case study, you are committing to a phone or video call interview conducted by HealthMark’s Marketing team.
› You agree to provide relevant data points where possible.
› The case study developed around you as a client will mention your organization’s name as well as you as an important voice and member of your team.
› Even if you are not choosing to participate as a reference in our program, should you be contacted by a prospective client regarding your case study, we ask that you keep the conversation positive.
We ask that you only participate as a client advocate if your experience continues to be positive. If for any reason you are experiencing any issues, please communicate with us and we can remove you from the program.
› You will receive your incentive upon confirmed completion of the conducted interview within 24 hours.
› We will provide you with a copy of the case study as a courtesy for your review prior to publishing.
› Our team will review the program on a bi-annual basis, but we remain open to feedback anytime.
