Be a Reference Client in the HealthMark Client Advocate Program

If you remember back to when you were evaluating partners, you know how hard it can be to feel confident that you’re making the right choice. By sharing your experience with prospective HealthMark clients as a trusted peer, you can help others have the confidence that HealthMark is the right partner. We truly value and appreciate your participation in this important program. Thank you!


For each reference call, you will receive a $100 Amazon gift card delivered directly to you via email.

 How It Works

The reference component of the client advocate program is intended to be simple and informal.

› We will provide you with a short template with a few suggested points that are excellent to review on reference calls – please feel free to use this as a general guide.

› Once our team determines that you are a fit for a specific prospective client, we will communicate directly to you with potential 15-minute call timeslots (if you prefer email communication, that is an option as well – just let us know).

› Upon confirmation of a time, you will receive a meeting invite from our team. We will also provide a brief overview of the prospective client.

After the call is confirmed to be completed, you will receive your incentive. That’s it!



› In agreeing to act as a reference, you are committing to communicating with a potential new client at a maximum set by you based on your preferences (minimum of two per month).

› We ask that you commit to and consistently attend any scheduled calls (i.e., join on time and do not substitute a colleague in your place).

While no member of our team will attend reference calls, we ask that you only participate as a reference if your experience continues to be positive. If for any reason you are experiencing any issues, please communicate with us and we can remove you from the program.


› You will receive your incentive upon confirmed completion of each call within 24 hours.

› Our team will review the program on a bi-annual basis, but we remain open to feedback anytime.
